PANEER PASANDA
Paneer Pasanda is a popular north Indian dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) Mughals style curry is famous everywhere be it India or any where else in the world. Sachi Paneer, Paneer Pasanda , paneer korma all are loved by everyone but Paneer Pasanda is king of all paneer dishes.
The word " PASANDA" is derived from the Urdu language and roughly translates to "FAVOURITE " or "LIKED BY EVERYONE". Paneer is typically stuffed with a rich and flavorful filling in this dish and then coated in creamy tomato_ based gravy.

There are two parts of Paneer Pasanda first one is Paneer and second is Curry.
INGREDIENTS:
For the Paneer filling
. Salt to taste
. Garam masala
. Green chilies copped
. Cashews, almonds and raisins (chopped and crushed)
. Paneer Cubes
For the gravy
. salt to taste
. Garam masala
. Coriander powder
. Turmeric powder
. Red chili powder
. Ginger_ Garlic paste
. Cream
. Tomato puree
For frying
. Oil or ghee
- Start by making the Paneer filling. Cut the Paneer in a particular shape or create a pocket in each cube without spitting it completely.
- In a mixing bowl , combine the crushed cashews, almond, raisins, garam masala, green chilies and salt. This mixture will be use to stuff the Paneer.
- Then in a prepared mixture stuff each Paneer cubes and set a side.
- In a pan heat some ghee or oil and lightly fry stuffed Paneer cubes until they turn to golden brown ,remove fried Paneer cubes from pan and access oil on paper towel.
- Again in this pan add more ghee or oil and saute ginger garlic paste until it becomes fragrant.
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil or ghee starts to separate from tomato and the raw smell disappear.
- Agitate coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and garam masala cook until it separate oil.
- Add cream to masala and reduce the heat , agitate well and fry few more mints.
- Add stuffed fried Paneer cubes in to the gravy and boil gently for a few mints until the taste meld together and paneer heated totally.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream, if desired.
